Patent Assignment definition

Patent Assignment each patent collateral assignment agreement pursuant to which an Obligor assigns to Agent, for the benefit of Secured Parties, such Obligor’s interests in its patents, as security for the Obligations.
Patent Assignment shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.2(c).
Patent Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(b)(iii).

More Definitions of Patent Assignment

Patent Assignment means the Patent Assignment to be executed by Seller and delivered to Buyer on the Closing Date in the form of Exhibit 1.1-B.
