Patent Costs definition

Patent Costs means the reasonable fees and expenses paid to outside legal counsel, and filing, maintenance and other reasonable out-of-pocket expenses paid to Third Parties, incurred in connection with the Prosecution and Maintenance of Patent Rights.
Patent Costs means all out-of-pocket expenses for the preparation, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of all United States and foreign patents included in Patent Rights. Patent Costs shall also include reasonable out-of-pocket expenses for patentability opinions, inventorship determination, preparation and prosecution of patent application, re-examination, re-issue, interference, and opposition activities related to patents or applications in Patent Rights.
Patent Costs means the costs and expenses incurred by a Party (including reasonable external attorneys’ fees) in the conduct of Patent Prosecution or Patent Defense activities, as the case may be, for which that Party is responsible in accordance with this Agreement.

Patent Costs means any costs and expenses incurred in filing, prosecuting, maintaining, defending and enforcing the Patents, including official filing, prosecution, maintenance and renewal fees, patent attorney, translation, legal and other professional fees and expenses and costs and expenses associated with any opposition or interference action.
