Patheon Agreement definition

Patheon Agreement means the Technical Transfer Program Proposal for Commercial Registration entered into by and between Patheon, Inc. (“Patheon”) and Acorda dated as of February 26, 2003 relating to the manufacturing of Fampridine tablets.

Patheon Agreement means the Manufacturing Services Agreement entered into as of March 12, 2010 among Patheon Pharmaceuticals, Inc, Patheon, Inc., and Orexigen, as amended.
