Patheon Agreement definition

Patheon Agreement means the Technical Transfer Program Proposal for Commercial Registration entered into by and between Patheon, Inc. (“Patheon”) and Acorda dated as of February 26, 2003 relating to the manufacturing of Fampridine tablets.

Patheon Agreement means that certain Commercial Manufacturing Agreement, dated as of December 19, 2006, by and between Depomed and Patheon, as amended from time to time after the Effective Date in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
