Pay Less Notice definition

Pay Less Notice have the meaning given in Clause 14.7.

Pay Less Notice means a notice issued by the Contractor (or the Subcontractor as the case may be) when the Contractor (or the Subcontractor as the case may be) intends to pay less than the sum stated as due in the Payment Notice.

• Effect of Certificates The failure to issue a Pay Less Notice where a right to withhold would otherwise exist shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to withhold any sum at any time.
