Payment Adjustment Date definition

Payment Adjustment Date. With respect to each ARM Loan, the date on which the Borrower's Monthly Payment changes in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note.
Payment Adjustment Date. A date specified in each Mortgage Note as a date on which the Scheduled Payment for the related Mortgage Loan is subject to adjustment.

More Definitions of Payment Adjustment Date

Payment Adjustment Date. The date on which Monthly Payments shall be adjusted. Payment Adjustment Date shall occur on the date which is eleven months from the first payment date for the Mortgage Loan, unless otherwise specified in the Mortgage Note, and on each anniversary of such first Payment Adjustment Date.
Payment Adjustment Date. With respect to each Negative Amortization Mortgage Loan, the date on which Monthly Payments shall be adjusted. A Payment Adjustment Date with respect to a Negative Amortization Mortgage Loan shall occur on each anniversary date of the first payment date for the Mortgage Loan.
