Payment Denial definition

Payment Denial means, as to any Receivable, any non-cash adjustment, including price adjustment, disputed amount or other adjustment for any reason other than a credit related reason made to the Expected Net Value of such Receivable.
Payment Denial means the rejection by the Alternative Payment Provider Host due to the Customer making a Payment Request having insufficient funds in the Customer Account to meet the value of the Payment Request, due to the Customer not completing the transaction using their Approved Payment Media or otherwise at the sole discretion of the Alternative Payment Provider.

  • Prepaid Monthly Payment Any Monthly Payment received prior to its scheduled Due Date, which is intended to be applied to a Mortgage Loan on its scheduled Due Date and held in the related Custodial Account for P&I until the Withdrawal Date following its scheduled Due Date.

  • Payment Processor means any Person providing Payment Processing services in connection with another Person’s sale of goods or services, or in connection with any charitable donation.

  • Monthly Payment Date means the Payment Date (as defined in the Mortgage Loan Documents).

  • Untimely payment means a payment to a subcontractor that is more than 90 days past due under the terms and conditions of a subcontract for supplies and services for which the Government has paid the prime contractor.

  • Payment Notice has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.06(c).

  • Payment Item means each check, draft or other item of payment payable to a Borrower, including those constituting proceeds of any Collateral.

  • Balloon Payment shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Document Defect As defined in Section 2.03(a).

  • Applicable Monthly Payment For any Mortgage Loan (including an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan) with respect to any month (including any such Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property has become an REO Property), the Monthly Payment; provided, however, that for purposes of calculating the amount of any P&I Advance required to be made by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, notwithstanding the amount of such Applicable Monthly Payment, interest shall be calculated at the Mortgage Rate less the Servicing Fee Rate and, if applicable, shall be exclusive of Excess Interest; and provided, further, that for purposes of determining the amount of any P&I Advance, the Monthly Payment shall be as reduced pursuant to any modification of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 3.24 of this Agreement or pursuant to the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement, or pursuant to any bankruptcy, insolvency, or other similar proceeding involving the related Mortgagor.

  • Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).
