Payment Facilitator definition

Payment Facilitator. “Launchpay,” or “we” refers to Launchpay LLC.
Payment Facilitator means a third-party agent that may do the following: Sign a merchant acceptance agreement on behalf of an acquirer;
Payment Facilitator means a third party which facilitates payments, including without limitation, payment system infrastructure, communications, clearing and other payment service providers, and intermediary, agent and correspondent banks.

  • However, a Merchant Servicer which acts in the capacity of an Internet Payment Service Provider (IPSP) or Payment Facilitator (PF) or Payment Service Provider (PSP) in accordance with the applicable Operating Rules, may deposit transaction receipts on behalf of Merchant, as long as such Merchant Servicer has been approved in advance by the Merchant Bank (in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement including but not limited to Section 7.f) to act in such IPSP, PF or PSP capacity for the Merchant.

Payment Facilitator means a service provider or the Merchant registered by the Bank to facilitate the acquiring of Card Transactions by the Bank from the Submerchant under the Payment Facilitator Program Service;
