Payment Obligor definition

Payment Obligor means Buyer, its Affiliates, and each of Buyer’s and its Affiliates’ licensees, sublicensees and distributors with respect to any Subject Product.
Payment Obligor means an Obligor or, on or after the Look Through Effective Date, if the payment obligations of such Obligor with respect to any Pool Receivables of such Obligor are fully supported by an Eligible Supporting Letter of Credit, the Eligible Supporting Letter of Credit Provider with respect to such Eligible Supporting Letter of Credit.
Payment Obligor means (i) Purchaser, (ii) each affiliate of Purchaser (or of another Payment Obligor) to which Purchaser (or such other Payment Obligor) has granted any license, sublicense, distribution or other rights to Exploit the Compound or any Product, and (iii) each Third Party to which Purchaser or any affiliate of Purchaser has granted any license or sublicense to Exploit the Compound or any Product.

Payment Obligor means Buyer, its Affiliates, any of their successors, and any transferee, assignee, licensee or sublicensee (and any of their transferees, assignees, licensees or sublicensees) of rights to any Product or any Intellectual Property related thereto. Distributors are not Payment Obligors.
