Payment Services definition

Payment Services means such Services as We provide in relation to payments into and out of Your Account.

Payment Services means the services supplied by us to you under this Agreement, including issuing Cards, Accounts and IBANs; and executing Transactions;

Payment Services means the execution of payment services on your behalf.

Examples of Payment Services in a sentence

• We may use Third-Party Service Providers to help provide some aspects of the Payment Services portion of the Services.

• If We agree to provide Payment Services to You, the additional terms and conditions of this Appendix A shall also apply.

• For the purposes of this Appendix A, references to Us, We, or Our may include such Third-Party Services Providers, and references to !Services” in this Appendix A refers to the Payment Services.

• In addition to the termination options in Appendix A, Article I, Section 6, Payment Services may be terminated by Us without prior notice if, (i) any unauthorized credits or debits are initiated in Your name, or (ii) You terminate or You are terminated from the Tax Filing Services.

• You acknowledge that Payment Services Providers have been engaged by INGOT Brokers as independent contractors.

More Definitions of Payment Services

Payment Services means the services we provide in relation to payments into and out of your Account.

Payment Services means Services that involve electronic or check payments being made by ADP to third parties on Client’s behalf and at its direction.

Payment Services have the same meaning given by the Provision and Use of Payment Services and Access to Payment Systems Law of 2018.

Payment Services means the following Payment Services provided by the Card Issuer: (i) Execution of Payment Transactions within the Spending Limit determined by the Card Issuer within the meaning of article 4; (ii) Card issuance; (iii) Execution of Payment Transactions initiated by Cardholders;

Payment Services means the services provided by Airwallex to you under this Agreement relating to the payment of funds in a Supported Currency to a payee via the Wallet. Personal Data means information that identifies a specific living person (not a company, legal entity, or machine) that is collected, transmitted to or accessible through the Services and as otherwise defined in the Data Protection Legislation.

Payment Services means the business activities set out in Annex I of the Law which are provided by the Bank in its capacity either as a Payment Service Provider for the Payer or as a Payment Service Provider for the Payee in accordance with the provisions of the Law, including the following:

Payment Services means CenturyLink electronic and online methods you use to view and pay such invoices to CenturyLink, including, but not limited to, the following: MyCenturyLink, AutoPay, eBilling, Quick Bill Pay, and payments you make through interactive voice response systems or through websites associated with or linked from xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
