Payments Account definition

Payments Account means the euro denominated account established in the name of the Guarantor with the Account Bank (IBAN: IT29I0347901600000802443103) or such other substitute account as may be opened in accordance with the Cash Allocation, Management and Payments Agreement;
Payments Account means an MNO e-value account owned by the Merchant or Cellulant (as the case may be) and through which Disbursements or Payouts are processed;
Payments Account means the account of that name established in the Bond Fund pursuant to Section 502 hereof.

Examples of Payments Account in a sentence

  • On each day when one or more Special Payments are made to the Trustee under the Intercreditor Agreement, the Trustee, upon receipt thereof, shall immediately deposit the aggregate amount of such Special Payments in the Special Payments Account.

  • The Trustee shall hold the Special Payments Account in trust for the benefit of the Applicable Certificateholders and shall make or permit withdrawals therefrom only as provided in the Agreement.

Payments Account means the Euro denominated account established in the name of the Issuer with the Transaction Bank with account number 4453089780, or such other substitute account as may be opened in accordance with the Cash Allocation, Management and Payments Agreement.
Payments Account means the account denominated in Euro (IBAN: IT 14 K 01005 03200 000000010479) opened in the name of the Guarantor and held by the Account Bank or any other substitutive account which may be opened by the Guarantor pursuant to the Cash Allocation, Management and Payments Agreement.
Payments Account means the BNPP Payments Account, the Credem Payments Account or each of them, as the case may be.
Payments Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.2 hereof.
Payments Account means the euro denominated account established in the name of the Issuer with the Agent Bank with number 1456, or such other substitute account as may be opened in accordance with the Agency Agreement.
Payments Account means the account denominated in Euro opened in the name of the Guarantor (IBAN: IT 55 J 01030 14200 000010919851) and held by the Principal Paying Agent or any other substitutive account which may be opened pursuant to the Cash Allocation, Management and Payments Agreement.
Payments Account means an account of the Issuer opened on or before the Issue Date with the Account Bank with the following details: Account number: 9949569711 IBAN: XX00000000000000000000 BIC: XXXXXXXX or any successor account, bearing an interest rate as separately agreed between the Account Bank and the Issuer.
