PCI Standard definition

PCI Standard means, with respect to a given Program, the then current versions of (or successor documents to) the corresponding security standards, requirements and assessment procedures published by PCI SSC from time to time in connection with such Program and made available on the Website, including but not limited to, any and all appendices, exhibits, schedules and attachments to any of the foregoing and all materials incorporated therein, in each case, as from time to time amended.
PCI Standard means the then current version of the PCI Data Security Standard, the current version of which is accessible on the PCICo web site at http://www.pcisecuritystandards.org (the "Website");

  • If compliance with the PCI Standard is required, Vendor, at its sole cost and expense, shall: (i) conduct or have conducted the audits required for such compliance; and (ii) take all actions required for Vendor to maintain such compliance.

  • If required to be compliant with the PCI Standard, Vendor acknowledges that it further has the obligation to keep up to date on any changes to the PCI Standard and implement any required changes.

  • Without limitation of the foregoing, Vendor acknowledges and agrees that if it performs certain services for PCICo, its Members or any Vendor Client, Vendor may be required to be certified as compliant with the PCI Standard as such may be modified by PCICo from time to time.

  • RCUI (Reference Clock Unit Interval) refers to the reference clock period 9 HOT PLUG OPERATIONThe PI7C9X20505GP is compliant with the PCI Standard Hot-Plug Controller (SHPC) and Subsystem Specification Revision 1.0. Systems with the Hot Plug capability allow the attachment and removal of components from the running system without severely affecting the normal operation of the system.

  • Without limitation of the foregoing, no rights are granted to ASV to any intellectual property in the PCI Standard or otherwise.

  • You have additional obligations under that policy based on your transaction volume, including providing to us documentation validating your compliance with the PCI Standard.


More Definitions of PCI Standard

PCI Standard means the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, or any successor requirements, as each may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time.
PCI Standard shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.8 (Cardholder Information) of this Agreement.

Related to PCI Standard

  • Reliability Standard means a requirement to provide for Reliable Operation of the Bulk Power System, including without limiting the foregoing, requirements for the operation of existing Bulk Power System Facilities, including cyber security protection, and including the design of planned additions or modifications to such Facilities to the extent necessary for Reliable Operation of the Bulk Power System, but the term does not include any requirement to enlarge Bulk Power System Facilities or to construct new transmission capacity or generation capacity. A Reliability Standard shall not be effective in the United States until approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and shall not be effective in other jurisdictions until made or allowed to become effective by the Applicable Governmental Authority. See Appendix 2 to the NERC Rules of Procedure, Definitions Used in the Rules of Procedure.

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • Codes and Standards means all the applicable codes and standards as indicated in the Technical Specification.

  • Applicable Standards means the requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.

  • Security Standards means the final rule implementing HIPAA’s Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic PHI, as amended.
