PEG Access definition

PEG Access which means Public Access, Educational Access, and Governmental Access, collectively.
PEG Access means Public Access, Educational Access, and Government Access, jointly or severally.
PEG Access or “PEG Access Channels” means Public access, educational access and government access, or the channels designated for those purposes, collectively.

  • The Licensee and the Issuing Authority shall negotiate in good faith any difficulties that arise regarding cablecasting of PEG Access Programming.

  • The Licensee shall not engage in any program censorship or any other control of the content of the PEG Access Programming on the Cable System, except as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, the programming of the PEG Access Channel with text messaging, or playback of previously aired programming shall not constitute unused time.

  • City shall have sole discretion to allocate the expenditure of such payments for any capital costs related to PEG Access.

More Definitions of PEG Access

PEG Access or "PEG" means the availability of a cable or state franchise holder’s system for public, educational, or governmental use by various agencies, institutions, organizations, groups, and individuals, including organizations, groups, or individual members of the general public, educational institutions, and the City and its designated access providers, to acquire, create, and distribute programming not under a state franchise holder's editorial control.
PEG Access means the public, educational and governmental access to a channel on the Telecommunications System dedicated by Telepak to the City under this Agreement.
PEG Access means public, educational, governmental and other public interest programming channels, equipment, facilities, funding, or operations as the context may require.
PEG Access means Public Access Channels, Educational Access Channels and Government Access Channels collectively cablecast in standard definition and high definition.
