• Upon each such adjustment in the Per Share Exercise Price, the number of Warrant Shares shall be adjusted by dividing the Aggregate Exercise Price by the Per Share Exercise Price in effect immediately after such adjustment.

• Conversely, if the Company at any time or from time to time during the term of this warrant combines the outstanding shares of Common Stock into a smaller number of shares, the Per Share Exercise Price in effect immediately before the combination will be proportionately increased.
