Percentage Interest definition

Percentage Interest means, with respect to each Note Holder, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Note Principal Balance of the Note held by such Note Holder and the denominator of which is the sum of the Note Principal Balances of all of the Notes.
Percentage Interest. As to any Certificate, the percentage interest evidenced thereby in distributions required to be made on the related Class, such percentage interest being set forth on the face thereof or equal to the percentage obtained by dividing the Denomination of such Certificate by the aggregate of the Denominations of all Certificates of the same Class.
Percentage Interest means, with respect to each Certificate, the percentage interest in the Trust represented by such Certificate.

Percentage Interest means, with respect to a Certificate, the individual percentage interest of such Certificate (calculated as the percentage that the notional principal amount of such Certificate represents of the aggregate notional principal amount of all Certificates) which shall be specified on the face thereof and which shall represent the percentage of certain distributions of the Issuer beneficially owned by such Certificateholder. The sum of the Percentage Interests for all of the Certificates shall be 100%.
Percentage Interest. With respect to any Certificate (other than a Residual Certificate), a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Initial Certificate Principal Balance represented by such Certificate and the denominator of which is the Original Class Certificate Principal Balance of the related Class. With respect to a Residual Certificate, the portion of the Class evidenced thereby, expressed as a percentage, as stated on the face of such Certificate; provided, however, that the sum of all such percentages for each such Class totals 100%.

With respect to any Residual Certificate, the undivided percentage ownership in such Class evidenced by such Certificate, as set forth on the face of such Certificate.
