Examples of Percentage Ratio in a sentence
Securities sold or distributed to the Depositor to reimburse the Depositor pursuant to this Section shall be sold or distributed by the Trustee, to the extent practicable, in the Percentage Ratio then existing (unless the Trust is a RIC, in which case sales or distributions by the Trustee shall be made in accordance with the instructions of the Supervisor or its designees).
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust, Section 1.01 (13) shall be amended to delete the second sentence of such section and replace it with the following: The Percentage Ratio with respect to each Security in a Trust is that percentage derived by dividing the number of shares of such Security included in the initial deposit made pursuant to Section 2.01(a) by the total number of shares of all Securities included in such deposit.
The Percentage Ratio on the Initial Date of Deposit is set forth in Schedule B to the Trust Agreement attached hereto.
If the amount of the deposit is insufficient to acquire round lots of each Security to be acquired, the additional Securities shall be deposited or purchased in the order of the Security in the Trust most under-represented immediately before the deposit with respect to the Percentage Ratio.
Except as provided in the following subparagraphs (2), (3) and (4) the Depositor, in each case, shall ensure that each deposit of additional Securities pursuant to this Section shall maintain, as nearly as practicable, the Percentage Ratio.
