Perfection Certificate definition

Perfection Certificate is defined in Section 5.1.
Perfection Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit II to the Security Agreement or any other form reasonably approved by the Collateral Agent, as the same shall be supplemented from time to time.
Perfection Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit B, completed and supplemented with the schedules and attachments contemplated thereby, and duly executed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

Perfection Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Annex 2 hereto, completed and supplemented with the schedules and attachments contemplated thereby, and duly executed by an executive officer or Financial Officer of the Borrower.
