Perfection Certificate definition

Perfection Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit II to the Security Agreement or any other form reasonably approved by the Collateral Agent, as the same shall be supplemented from time to time.
Perfection Certificate is defined in Section 5.1.
Perfection Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

Perfection Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit F or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent.
