Perfection Certificate Supplement definition

Perfection Certificate Supplement means a certificate supplement in the form of Exhibit L-2 or any other form approved by the Collateral Agent.

Perfection Certificate Supplement means a supplement to the Perfection Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit F.

Perfection Certificate Supplement means a perfection certificate supplement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

More Definitions of Perfection Certificate Supplement

Perfection Certificate Supplement means a supplement to the Perfection Certificate containing any information not included in the Perfection Certificate delivered to the Administrative Agent on the Closing Date (or in any previously delivered Perfection Certificate Supplement) with respect to matters required by Sections 1(a), (2), (4), (5), (6), (8), (9), (10) and (11) of the Perfection Certificate.

Perfection Certificate Supplement means a supplement substantially in the form of Exhibit B, or any other form approved by the Agent, and duly executed by a Responsible Officer of the Company.

Perfection Certificate Supplement has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pledge and Security Agreement.
