Perfection Certificate Supplement definition
Perfection Certificate Supplement means a certificate supplement in the form of Exhibit L-2 or any other form approved by the Collateral Agent.
Perfection Certificate Supplement means a supplement to the Perfection Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit F.
