Perfection Documents definition
Perfection Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.
Perfection Documents means all perfection documents required to be delivered, obtained or served by any Obligor under or pursuant any Security Document (including share certificates, transfers, notices and similar documents)
Perfection Documents means any and all UCC financing statements, patent and trademark mortgages and assignments, copyright mortgages and assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust, lien filings and other similar documents and instruments filed or recorded with any Governmental Authority in order to perfect or give notice of Lien, together with any control agreement or other similar document necessary in order to perfect as against certain property under the terms of the UCC.

More Definitions of Perfection Documents
Perfection Documents means those documents required to perfect the security interests provided for in Section 4 of this Agreement under the laws of New York and all other jurisdictions in which DSS has property or assets including, but not limited, those Perfection Documents listed in Annex E.
Perfection Documents means all financing statements (including all amendments thereto and continuations thereof), control agreements, certificates, acknowledgments, stock powers and other documents, electronic identification, restrictive legends, and instruments furnished in connection with the creation, enforcement, protection, perfection or priority of the Collateral Agent’s security interest in Collateral, including those items as are described in this Section 3.
Perfection Documents means any agreement, document, or financing statement (and any amendments or continuation statements related thereto) that LCF deems necessary or desirable to perfect the security interest provided by Section 5 of this Agreement.
Perfection Documents means any and all documents, agreements, or financing statements (and any amendments or continuation statements related thereto) that CRIL reasonably deems necessary or desirable to perfect the security interest provided by Section 2, including, without limitation, a pledge agreement on terms reasonably satisfactory to CRIL, an intercreditor agreement with holder(s) of liens on the Collateral that is pari passu with the lien of CRIL on the Collateral, on terms reasonably satisfactory to CRIL, financing statement, and any other agreements, documents, security agreements and other instruments entered into or delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower pursuant to Section 4.8 or otherwise in connection with this Agreement to create, perfect or otherwise evidence CRIL’s security interest provided by Section 2.
Perfection Documents the titles, manufacturer’s certificate of origin, lien entry forms and any other documents, instruments or certificates required to be executed or delivered to a governmental office to perfect Administrative Agent’s Security Interest in the Unencumbered Revenue Equipment or otherwise deemed necessary by Administrative Agent to create, preserve or perfect any Security Interest in Unencumbered Revenue Equipment and the proceeds thereof.
Perfection Documents means those documents required to perfect the security interests provided for in Section 4 of this Agreement under the laws of Florida and all other jurisdictions in which PARKERVISION has property or assets including, but not limited, those Perfection Documents listed in Annex E.
Perfection Documents means those documents required to perfect the security interests provided for in Section 4 of this Agreement under the laws of Nevada and all other jurisdictions in which DAI has property or assets including, but not limited, those Perfection Documents listed in Annex D.
