Performance-Based Restricted Stock definition

Performance-Based Restricted Stock means Shares issued or transferred to an Eligible Individual under Section 9.2.

More Definitions of Performance-Based Restricted Stock

Performance-Based Restricted Stock means Shares of Restricted Stock issued or transferred to an Eligible Individual under Section 10.2.
Performance-Based Restricted Stock means the Executive’s restricted stock (including “restricted stock units” or other rights to receive common stock of the Company) that is (i) validly issued under any of the Company’s equity incentive plans, (ii) outstanding as of the Effective Date or the date of a Triggering Event, as applicable, and (iii) subject to performance-based vesting.
