Performance Certification definition

Performance Certification. As defined in Section 11.05.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Trustee shall not be required to deliver a Performance Certification with respect to any period during which there was no Relevant Servicing Criteria applicable to it.

• Proposers shall complete the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Performance Certification form provided as part of this document.

• Each such Performance Certification shall be provided in XXXXX-Compatible Format, or in such other format agreed upon by the Depositor, the Certificate Administrator and such providing parties.
