Performance Factor definition

Performance Factor means any matter that could or will significantly affect a party’s ability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement;

  • In addition, Test Events will be considered Events for purposes of calculations of Adjusted Performance Factor, and so will be part of the calculation of Average Season Performance Factor.

  • Also, if a Grid Connected Resource is interconnected below the reliability standard for load, then event performance factors will be calculated at the Event Performance Factor, and so without an adjustment factor for that event.
