Performance Incentives definition

Performance Incentives means the monies that may be earned by Contractor, as specified in item 6 of Tables 4.1.1 - 4.1.5, based on the performance of the Spacecraft, which monies shall be payable to Contractor under the conditions set forth in Paragraph 5.2.
Performance Incentives means the EE Performance Incentive; any earned System Reliability Procurement incentives; LTCR Remuneration Costs; RE Growth Remuneration Costs; Performance Incentive Mechanisms Incentives; and any other performance incentive that has been or may be approved by the PUC in a future proceeding and that was earned and recorded by Narragansett Electric for performance applicable to the calendar year.
Performance Incentives are applicable to Full Building Tune-Up (RCx), Monitoring-Based Commissioning (MBCx), and Strategic Energy Management (SEM) and are paid after the Trade Ally or program staff completes applicable monitoring and/or measurement and verification for a required timeframe. Incentive may be based on measured savings that meet or exceed any pre-established targets.

Examples of Performance Incentives in a sentence

  • For the sake of clarity, Performance Incentives might not be paid in years where Employer does not achieve its performance goals within the parameters established by the board of directors.

  • As with all executive compensation, Performance Incentives are subject to modification by the compensation committee of the board of directors as determined appropriate each year in connection with their duties to review executive compensation.

Performance Incentives means the incentive payment which may be made to the Licensee for exceeding its Performance Targets.
