Performance Testing definition

Performance Testing means testing as described in Exhibit C.
Performance Testing means the performance testing set forth in Attachment 7.

  • Testing shall be conducted in accordance with Section C - Performance Testing.

More Definitions of Performance Testing

Performance Testing means the sub-phase of Facility Start-Up commencing upon Interim Acceptance of the Work and ending with Practical Completion of the Work, during which the Owner performs a pre- planned program of testing and inspecting and the Contractor corrects Contract Deficiencies.
Performance Testing means volume (throughput) and stress (benchmarking) testing in order to determine if the Customized Product can accommodate Sprint volume projections using specific criteria (established pursuant to this Agreement) and if the system can perform required processing loads within the specified timeframes (established pursuant to this Agreement).
