Period Four definition
Period Four means the period from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 Period Five means the period from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024
Period Four means the period from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016
Period Four has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Tender Validity Period: Four (4) months commencing from the closing date of tender.
The Aggregate Maximum Obligation of COUNTY for services provided in accordance with all agreements for Wraparound Behavioral Health Outpatient Services during Period One, Period Two, Period Three, Period Four and Period Five are as specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of this Agreement.
CONTRACTOR shall submit separate Cost Reports for Period one, Period two, Period Three, 24 and Period Four or for a portion thereof, to COUNTY no later than forty-five (45) days following 25 termination of this Agreement.
