The Election Period is the time during which Participants in the Plan may select the types of benefits and the allocation of funds to each benefit for the next Period of Coverage, all in the manner that is permitted by this Plan.
A Participant taking leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) may revoke an existing election of group health plan coverage and make such other election for the remaining portion of the Period of Coverage as may be provided for under the FMLA.
Serviced Equipment will be maintained in working order for the Period of Coverage, unless damaged or destroyed due to a cause not covered under this Agreement.
