Period of Separation definition

Period of Separation means, for an Employee, the period of time commencing with the date such Employee separates from service with the Companies and ending with the date such Employee resumes his employment with the Companies.
Period of Separation means a period of time commencing with the date a person separates from service with the Group and ending with the date that person resumes employment with the Group.
Period of Separation means a period of time beginning on an Employee's Separation Date and ending on the date, if any, on which he again performs an Hour of Service with an Employer or with any Related Company that has not adopted the Plan.

Examples of Period of Separation in a sentence

  • In the case of any Participant whose Period of Separation is at least five (5) years, all service after such Period of Severance shall be disregarded for the purpose of vesting the Company Contributions Account balance that accrued before such Period of Severance.
