When a Distribution Load Customer wishes to Permanently Disconnect their Point of Service, in addition to the requirements under Article 10, a Customer may be assessed a Distribution Customer Exit Charge.
Temporary Disconnection means an ICP is De-energised but there is no change to the status of the ICP in the Registry;
Permanent Position Any position which has required, or which will require the services of an incumbent without interruption, for an indefinite period.
