The Trust is created for the object and purpose of engaging in the Permitted Activities.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, this Agreement may be amended from time to time by the Depositor, the Servicer and the Trustee with the consent of Certificateholders evidencing not less than 66-2/3% of the interests held by parties other than the Depositor, its Affiliates or its agents, for the purposes of significantly changing the Permitted Activities of the Trust.
