More Definitions of Permitted Affiliates

Permitted Affiliates means the Joint Ventures existing on the Closing Date and listed on Schedule 1.01G hereto attached hereto and any Joint Ventures created or acquired after the Closing Date and permitted pursuant to the terms of the Credit Documents.
