Permitted Assignment definition
Permitted Assignment means a Permitted Subsidiary Assignment or a Permitted Third-Party Assignment.
Permitted Assignment is defined in Section 7.06(b) of this Agreement.
Permitted Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 4 hereof.
Examples of Permitted Assignment in a sentence
Any assignment of any such assignee’s rights meeting the requirements of Section 7.6(a) shall be referred to herein as a “Permitted Assignment” and Schedule A hereto shall be amended to reflect such Permitted Assignment and the change in the Applicable Percentage of the assignor and assignee.
