Permitted Assignment definition

Permitted Assignment means a Permitted Subsidiary Assignment or a Permitted Third-Party Assignment.
Permitted Assignment is defined in Section 7.06(b) of this Agreement.
Permitted Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 4 hereof.

  • Other than pursuant to a Permitted Assignment, this Agreement may not be assigned by Developer without the prior written consent of Owner (which consent may be granted or withheld in Owner’s sole and absolute discretion), and any such assignment in violation of the foregoing shall be void ab initio.
