Permitted Facility definition

Permitted Facility means a facility authorized by the general permit to discharge total nitrogen or
Permitted Facility or “Permitted Facilities” means Industrial / Manufacturing facility, all related purposes such as ingress, egress and parking, and uses incidental thereto.
Permitted Facility means a facility that was permitted under this ordinance.

Examples of Permitted Facility in a sentence

  • Each Release Request delivered by Borrowers shall be deemed a representation and warranty by Borrowers to Agent that the transfer contemplated thereby is a Permitted Transfer relating to a Permitted Facility permitted under Section 8.18(a).

  • There has occurred a “servicer default” or “event of default” (or terms comparable thereto) under any Permitted Facility that is continuing beyond any applicable cure period and which (i) constitutes a payment default, (ii) results in the Debt thereunder becoming due and payable prior to its stated maturity or (iii) remains continuing for more than 30 days (or such longer period as Agent may agree) after the occurrence thereof without a waiver.

  • Agent agrees to approve and effectuate such Release Request within three (3) Business Days after Agent’s receipt thereof and authorize the filing of the UCC-3 Termination Statement with respect to the specific Collateral being transferred so long as such transfer is consummated pursuant to a Permitted Facility entered into in accordance with Section 8.18(a).

  • Borrowers shall notify the Agent within three (3) Business Days after: (i) the occurrence of a “servicer default” or “event of default” (or terms comparable thereto) under any Securitization or Warehouse Facility; or (ii) any demand or request to repurchase, redeem or retire any notes, securities or Permitted Facility Contracts relating to a Permitted Facility with a payment obligation in excess of $1,000,000.

  • Borrowers may, from time to time, request a Release Request to Agent in order to effectuate a transfer of Collateral in connection with a Permitted Facility permitted by Section 8.18(a).


More Definitions of Permitted Facility

Permitted Facility means any facility that is permitted in accordance with Directive 2008/98/EC to carry out the treatment or recycling of waste batteries;
Permitted Facility means a facility authorized by the general permit to discharge total nitrogen or total phosphorus. For the sole purpose of generating point source nitrogen credits or point source phosphorus credits, "permitted facility" shall also mean the Blue Plains wastewater treatment facility operated by the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority.
Permitted Facility means a Securitization or a Warehouse Facility that is permitted by Section 8.18(a) hereof.
Permitted Facility means a facility that has possession of a current Ohio hazardous waste permit.
