Examples of Permitted Facility in a sentence
During the Lease Term, each of the Properties shall be used solely for the operation of a Permitted Facility.
Lessee shall not, by itself or through any assignment, sublease or other type of transfer, convert any of the Properties to a use other than a Permitted Facility during the Lease Term without Lessor's consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Except as set forth below, each of the Properties shall be used solely for the operation of a Permitted Facility in accordance with the standards of operations then in effect on a system-wide basis, and for no other purpose.
On the Rent Commencement Date for each Property, Lessee shall, at its sole cost and expense, cause such Property and the applicable property subject to a Ground Lease to constitute (and for the duration of the Term shall continue to constitute) all of the equipment, facilities, rights, other personal property and other real property necessary or appropriate to operate, utilize, maintain and control a Permitted Facility in a commercially reasonable manner.
