Permitted Licensee definition

Permitted Licensee is defined in Section 5.10(a).
Permitted Licensee means a Third Party counterparty to a license entered into in the ordinary course of the Company’s Business in the development, manufacture, or commercialization of any Product.
Permitted Licensee means a Third Party counterparty to a Permitted License.

  • As a condition of the grant of exclusivity and as a condition to any license grant by OSI to a Permitted Licensee hereunder, BISYS and OSI shall complete the documentation necessary for BISYS to make, and BISYS shall promptly thereupon make, the equity investment in OSI described in Schedule 4(e) to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Permitted Licensee

Permitted Licensee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.12(a).
Permitted Licensee means any internationally recognized pharmaceutical or life sciences company with (i) market capitalization at the time any Permitted License is entered into in excess of $[**], and (ii) significant experience in the development and commercialization of treatment for rare diseases in the jurisdiction of the Permitted License.
