Permitted Products definition

Permitted Products means various lighting products either manufactured by Customer or products Customer has legally procured the rights to offer for general access on Domain Name(s).

Permitted Products has the meaning set forth in Section 10.6(a).

• Permitted Products, Services, and Prices No later than thirty (30) days prior to the opening of a Concession within the Leased Premises Tenant must submit to County, for its written approval, a listing, substantially consistent with Exhibit B and as requested by County, of the goods and services to be sold from the Leased Premises.

More Definitions of Permitted Products

Permitted Products means any non-High-Potency Products such as [***] or like compounds that can be produced using the [***] Equipment without modification from the state used to produce the Product and without affecting any US or European Regulatory Approval for the manufacture of the Product using the [***] Equipment or any other condition specified by the FDA or EMA in connection with the manufacture of the Product using the [***] Equipment.

Permitted Products means the following products in the form and with the features and functionality marketed, sold and distributed by DNA immediately prior to the Effective Date: (a) VQEXG4, extended temperature VQG4, as more specifically defined, and the agreed-upon specifications for which, are set forth on Schedule 1 to this Exhibit A, and (b) VSC750, conduction cooled OEM product, as more specifically defined, and the agreed-upon specifications for which, are set forth on Schedule 2 to this Exhibit A; provided, however, that such features and functionality do not use, in whole or part, the VISTA Technology or the Combined Technology, including, without limitation, any Intellectual Property Rights in or related to the VISTA Technology or Combined Technology (other than the Licensed Technology incorporated therein).

Permitted Products as defined in Section 10.01(d).

Processed foods, including, but not limited to, beverages, canned foods, frozen foods, dried foods and natural health products that meet the standards set out in Schedule “B”.

Permitted Products means the existing products of the Seller set forth on ANNEX I attached hereto.
