Permitted Products definition

Permitted Products has the meaning set forth in Section 10.6(a).
Permitted Products means various lighting products either manufactured by Customer or products Customer has legally procured the rights to offer for general access on Domain Name(s).
Permitted Products means products that (i) are only Amvisc Range Products, (ii) Seller sells or is obligated to sell as of the Effective Date and (iii) are made and intended for use in a manner consistent with FDA-approved labeling for Amvisc related to the requirement of using refrigerated storage (in effect as of the Effective Date).

  • The parties agree to compile a list of the Permitted Products within sixty (60) days after the Effective Date which shall be substituted as Exhibit D.

More Definitions of Permitted Products

Permitted Products means the Product and any product or therapy incorporating or derived from the Product.

Permitted Products means any non-High-Potency Products such as [***] or like compounds that can be produced using the [***] Equipment without modification from the state used to produce the Product and without affecting any US or European Regulatory Approval for the manufacture of the Product using the [***] Equipment or any other condition specified by the FDA or EMA in connection with the manufacture of the Product using the [***] Equipment.
