The Custodian shall not Process Client Personal Data for any purpose other than Permitted Purposes unless expressly authorized or instructed by the Client.
Each of the Client and Custodian Recipients may retain, use, and as applicable Process, the other party’s Confidential Information for the period of time reasonably necessary for the relevant Permitted Purposes.
The Receiving Party shall ensure that any of its Affiliates and Representatives to whom the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information is disclosed pursuant to this Condition 3.2 shall be bound pursuant to terms no less stringent than these Conditions and the Agreement to keep such Confidential Information confidential and to use it for only the relevant Permitted Purposes.
