Permitted Services definition

Permitted Services means employment, engagement or the provision of assistance or services that (i) are solely administrative in nature, (ii) do not include any aspect of the operation, strategy, supervision, compliance or regulation of any Competing Business (including, without limitation, assistance or services relating to information technology, data, operations, product management, research, client coverage and support, compensation, recruiting, and marketing assistance and management) and (iii) with respect to any assistance or services to, or in support of, a Competing Business, are an immaterial portion of your overall job responsibilities to the applicable Competitor.
Permitted Services means the services permitted in Table 1;
Permitted Services means accounting and tax services, personnel services, legal, regulatory and compliance services, technology, communication, database and information services, utilities and usage of facilities, and marketing, communication and advertising services, and other services related to, or incidental or connected to, the operations or activities of a litigation finance or other specialty finance entity.

More Definitions of Permitted Services

Permitted Services means any services provided to a Licensee in accordance with the applicable Licensee Services Agreement for the Senti Developed Product licensed to such Licensee under a Proposed Transaction entered into pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.5 (Transfer of Rights to Senti Developed Products), to the extent such services are (i) as of the effective date of the novation to such Licensee pursuant to Section 2.5.5(b)(ii) (SoWs), within the scope of any pre-existing SoW between Senti and Provider that is novated to such Licensee without any changes or adjustments (other than Licensee Adjustments agreed upon by Senti in writing) to the terms thereof, or (ii) specifically related to the Senti Developed Product (A) licensed to such Licensee that is the subject of the SoWs described in the preceding clause (i) or (B) if there are no such SoWs, that is described by ▇▇▇▇▇ in the notice provided under Section 2.5.5(a) with respect to such Licensee and such Proposed Transaction (or as otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing). Notwithstanding the foregoing in this Section 12.1.4 (Covenant not to sue), the foregoing covenant not to sue will only apply with respect to services for a particular Licensee if Provider has not been made aware, in writing, of the scope of the license granted to such Licensee under such Proposed Transaction.

Permitted Services means lighting and related electrical services performed by employees and subcontractors on behalf of Parent or any Affiliates of Parent (other than the Selling Subsidiaries) that are part of the ordinary and customary janitorial, parking, security, engineering and facilities businesses of Parent or such Affiliates.
