Permitted Third Party definition

Permitted Third Party has the meaning given in section 1.2.3 (Third Party Use).
Permitted Third Party means any one of the Commission for Healthcare Audit and Inspection, the Independent Regulator of NHS Foundation Trusts, the National Audit Office, or authorised members of the Commissioners Patients Forum.
Permitted Third Party means an individual or entity under contract with Customer who needs to access the Products and Services as part of its relationship with Customer and who is not Spiff's competitor.

More Definitions of Permitted Third Party

Permitted Third Party means any entity authorized by You to access the Platform.
Permitted Third Party means an entity under contract with Subscriber or Subscriber’s Affiliate that needs to access or use a Subscription or Professional Services to perform its obligations to Subscriber, provided that (i) such entity must not be a direct competitor of Solo, and (ii) Subscriber remains responsible to Solo for the compliance of such entity and its employees and Affiliates with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Permitted Third Party means any third party (including Affiliates of the Customer) specifically identified in the Order Form who has, if requested by AVEVA, executed a written letter, commitment, or agreement (in form and substance satisfactory to AVEVA in its sole discretion) agreeing to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and to accept liability for any breach of this Agreement;
Permitted Third Party means (i) any member of the National Attorney Network, (ii) any member of American Alliance of Creditor Attorneys; and (iii) any other Person that the Controlling Party has agreed in writing to be a Permitted Third Party.
Permitted Third Party means any CRO, Site, Clinical Investigator and/or Vendor to whom PB or SFJ has delegated responsibility or whom PB or SFJ has engaged in connection with the Clinical Trials or any CMO whom PB has engaged to perform CMC related activities (including supply of Product for use in the Clinical Trials). For clarity, Third Parties that have been delegated responsibility by or engaged by a Permitted Third Party will be considered Permitted Third Parties.
