Examples of Person entitled to enforce in a sentence
If, however, in any enforcement suit or legal proceeding, it is held that the Servicer may not enforce a Dealer Agreement on the grounds that it is not a real party in interest or a Person entitled to enforce the Dealer Agreement, the Owner Trustee, at the Servicer's expense and direction, shall take such steps as the Servicer deems necessary to enforce the Dealer Agreement, including bringing suit in its name or the names of the Indenture Trustee, the Certificateholders, the Noteholders or any of them.
If, however, in any Proceeding, it is held that the Servicer may not enforce a Dealer Agreement on the grounds that it is not a real party in interest or a Person entitled to enforce the Dealer Agreement, the Owner Trustee, at the Servicer’s expense and direction, shall take such steps as the Servicer deems necessary to enforce the Dealer Agreement, including bringing suit in its name or the names of the Indenture Trustee, the Securityholders or any of them.

If, however, in any enforcement suit or legal proceeding, it is held that Servicer may not enforce a Dealer Agreement on the grounds that it is not a real party in interest or a Person entitled to enforce the Dealer Agreement, Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, at Servicer's expense, shall take such steps as Servicer deems necessary to enforce the Dealer Agreement, including bringing suit in its name or the names of the Holders.
