Person of Authority definition

Person of Authority means any individual with the legislative power or control, to inspect, direct or otherwise enforce compliance with any Applicable Laws, including any government authority exercising its administrative and/or regulatory enforcement powers;
Person of Authority means any person who is tasked with screening persons entering the building, or who otherwise has the authority to determine whether a person may enter or remain in the building.
