Personal Identifiable Information definition

Personal Identifiable Information shall have the meaning set forth in Texas Business and Commerce Code §521.002(a)(1).
Personal Identifiable Information. (“PII”) is defined as customer account number, name, address, phone number, electric or gas usage, billing amounts, social security numbers, driver’s license number, credit card number, debit card number, or banking information.

More Definitions of Personal Identifiable Information

Personal Identifiable Information. (PII) means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘Data Subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Personal Identifiable Information. Personal Information” or “PII” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, that relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular natural person.
