Any and all depreciation, amortization, low-income housing tax credits described in Section 42, and other federal tax benefits or attributes of possession relating to the Improvements and Personalty therein located on the Premises and any additions thereto, substitutions therefore, fixtures therein and other property relating thereto shall be deducted, credited or otherwise claimed exclusively by the Tenant during the term of this Lease.
