Petroleum Engineer definition

Petroleum Engineer means a petroleum engineer selected and engaged by the Company and approved by the holders of Notes representing at least two-thirds (2/3) of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes then outstanding.
Petroleum Engineer means an independent petroleum engineer that is an SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers) Certified Petroleum Professional and is selected and engaged by the Company and approved by the holders of Notes representing at least two thirds (2/3) of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes then outstanding, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Petroleum Engineer means Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc. and any other nationally recognized resxxxx engineering firm that audits Sellers' oil and gas reserves for Securities and Exchange Commission reporting purposes.
