Phase 2 of the Project definition

Phase 2 of the Project means that portion of the Project identified in the Development Agreement as Phase 2 of the Project or Future Phases (as those terms are defined in the Development Agreement).
Phase 2 of the Project means the second phase of the Project implementation starting upon completion of the mid-term review referred to in Paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as specified in the Annex to Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Phase 2 of the Project means that portion of the Project identified in the Development Agreement as Phase 2 of the Project.

Examples of Phase 2 of the Project in a sentence

  • The complete and specific scopes of work to be performed by the Design-Builder are defined in separate agreements for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Project.

  • Said plans and specifications shall be based on the design development, outline specifications and construction cost estimate approved in Phase 2 of the Project, the Notice to Proceed with Phase 3, or any subsequent modification thereto.

  • During construction of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Project, Developer shall maintain the policies of insurance described on Exhibit E.

  • If Developer does not complete Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Project by the Final Date, then the City, in its sole discretion, may, by written notice to developer, terminate (i) Developer’s right to receive additional Loan Proceeds; and (ii) the waiver of additional City Fees (whether concerning City Fees or Loan Proceeds individually or jointly, “Termination Notice”).

  • City and Developer acknowledge and agree that Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Project shall be Substantially Completed by the Final Date.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, after Substantial Completion each of Phase 1 or Phase 2 of the Project, Developer may assign its rights and obligations hereunder with respect to such phase that has reached Substantial Completion in whole and/or in part to a third-party purchaser of all and/or a part of the Project Site.

  • The County, in addition to the other local funding partners, approved the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) in late 2011 to proceed with Phase 2 of the Project.

  • Phase 2 of the Project is an extension of Washington Metropolitan Area Transportation Authority (WMATA) heavy rail system and will provide 11.4 route miles of new track from the interim terminus at Wiehle-Reston East Station through Washington Dulles International Airport ("Dulles Airport") to a terminus in eastern Loudoun County.

  • Two new irrigation areas will be developed under Phase 2 of the Project: (i) Tan Bien Irrigation System (TBIS) in Tay Ninh Province with a net command area at full development of about 7,670 ha, and (iii) Duc Hoa Irrigation System (DHIS) in Long An Province with a net command area at full development of 27,560 ha.

  • Readers are cautioned that there can be no certainty that Phase 2 of the Project will be built or that the overall conclusions of the Definitive Feasibility Study will confirm the May 2015 AGM PFS outcomes, which is on file at www.sedar.com.


More Definitions of Phase 2 of the Project

Phase 2 of the Project means the construction of a minimum of 24,000 square feet of retail commercial along University Drive East, as approximately shown on Exhibit “B”.

Related to Phase 2 of the Project

  • Scope of the Project shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 2.1;

  • Cost of the Project means and embraces the cost of construction; the cost of all

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Date of commencement of the project means the date of the agreement.

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Phase 2 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation to receive Rebuilt Line 972; (2) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Line 972 not performed in Phase 1; (3) construction of Relocated Line 15; (4) the construction of Bused Line 5; (5) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Relocated Line 15; and (6) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Bused Line 5.

  • Costs of the Project means Recipient’s actual costs (including any financing costs properly allocable to the Project) that are (a) reasonable, necessary and directly related to the Project, (b) permitted by generally accepted accounting principles to be Costs of the Project, and (c) are eligible or permitted uses of the Financing Proceeds under applicable state or federal statute and rule.

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.
