Phone Banking Service definition

Phone Banking Service means the services provided by the Bank to the Customer referred to in Condition 15 of Section I, which may be utilised by the Authorised Phone Banking Service User through the telephone.
Phone Banking Service means the telephone instruction and information service, whether automated or through a customer service agent made available by the Bank’s call centre.
Phone Banking Service means the 24 hours Call Centre of the Bank for the support and assistance of the Cardmembers of the Bank.
