PHYSICAL FITNESS definition

PHYSICAL FITNESS. The physical fitness program currently in existence shall be continued by the District.
PHYSICAL FITNESS. – means any premise which offers equipment, training, programs, or other facilities or services designed to influence the conditions of a person’s body, but does not include, chiropractors, physiotherapists, and/or any medical offices.
PHYSICAL FITNESS. An employee shall be eligible for the appropriate level Physical Fitness incentive if they pass a physical fitness test that has been approved by the Chief of Police and administered by the Chief and/or his designee.
