Physical Supplier definition

Physical Supplier means a third party appointed by the Seller to deliver the Products to the Vessel.
Physical Supplier means Nordic Marine Oil A/S or a third party appointed by the Seller to deliver the Bunkers to the Vessel, as applicable. Where Nordic Marine Oil A/S has Bunkers available for delivery, Nordic Marine Oil A/S will, from time to time, act as both Seller and Physical Supplier.
Physical Supplier means a third party appointed by the Seller to deliver the Bunkers and Related Services to the Vessel.
