Pilot Phase definition

Pilot Phase shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Pilot Phase means the period of time during which Sandoz will implement the Process in its facilities and conduct the pilot Manufacture of the Pilot Batches.
Pilot Phase means the period of time commencing upon the execution of this Agreement and continuing until the delivery of the Pilot Phase Material.

More Definitions of Pilot Phase

Pilot Phase has the meaning in Schedule 3.
Pilot Phase means activities, including Microprojects to be carried out in the following four districts: Turkana, Baringo, Mandera and Wajir, under Part C of the Project;
Pilot Phase. Means phase 3 of the Set-Up Project, as identified in paragraph 2.1.4 of schedule 6.

In the event that modifications are necessary or errors identified during the pilot phase remain uncorrected, then the pilot phase shall be extended by the elapsed time taken by TRIMAX to rectify errors or perform such modifications, which shall not exceed fourteen (14) days.
