Pilot Phase definition

Pilot Phase shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Pilot Phase means the period of time during which Sandoz will implement the Process in its facilities and conduct the pilot Manufacture of the Pilot Batches.
Pilot Phase means the period of time commencing upon the execution of this Agreement and continuing until the delivery of the Pilot Phase Material.

More Definitions of Pilot Phase

Pilot Phase. Means (at least) six (6) weeks from the execution of this contract. End and or prolongation of the Pilot Phase will be communicated to the Agents beforehand. Service: Means the provision of the entirety of TOPOS services to the customers and the associated, necessary conditions, processes and matters with both TOPOS customers and TOPOS operators. This includes and is not limited to: Onboarding and deboarding of TOPOS customers, opening of a TOPOS account for customers, deposit and withdrawal of funds to and from a TOPOS account, extension and repayment of loans, settlement activities with TOPOS operators.
Pilot Phase. Means phase 3 of the Set-Up Project, as identified in paragraph 2.1.4 of schedule 6.

Upon expiration of the pilot phase and provided there are no further modifications or errors remaining in the Software which errors were identified during the pilot phase, THE CHILDREN'S PLACE shall notify TRIMAX it has accepted the Software for installation in THE CHILDREN'S PLACE's other stores. In the event that modifications are necessary or errors identified during the pilot phase remain uncorrected, then the pilot phase shall be extended by the elapsed time taken by TRIMAX to rectify errors or perform such modifications, which shall not exceed fourteen (14) days.
