Pink Sheets definition

Pink Sheets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3 hereof.

Pink Sheets means Pink Sheets, LLC.

Pink Sheets means the daily publication compiled by the National Quotation Bureau with bid and ask prices of over-the-counter (OTC) stocks, including the market makers who trade them.

• The Company will, so long as the Buyer owns any of the Securities, maintain the listing and trading of its Common Stock on the Principal Market or any equivalent replacement exchange or electronic quotation system (including but not limited to the Pink Sheets electronic quotation system) and will comply in all respects with the Company’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the bylaws or rules of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and such exchanges, as applicable.

• The Borrower shall fail to maintain the listing of the Common Stock on at least one of the OTC (which specifically includes the Pink Sheets electronic quotation system) or an equivalent replacement exchange, the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, the New York Stock Exchange, or the American Stock Exchange.

• During such time as the Public Securities are quoted on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board (or any successor trading market such as the Bulletin Board Exchange) or the Pink Sheets, LLC (or similar publisher of quotations) and no other automated quotation system, the Company shall provide to the Representative, at its expense, such reports published by the NASD or the Pink Sheets, LLC relating to price trading of the Public Securities, as the Representative shall reasonably request.

• The Company will obtain and, so long as the Buyer owns any of the Securities, maintain the listing and trading of its Common Stock on the OTCBB or any equivalent replacement exchange or electronic quotation system (including but not limited to the Pink Sheets electronic quotation system) and will comply in all respects with the Company’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the bylaws or rules of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and such exchanges, as applicable.

• During such time as any of the Securities are quoted on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board (or any successor trading market such as the Bulletin Board Exchange) or the Pink Sheets, LLC (or similar publisher of quotations) and no other automated quotation system, the Company shall provide to the Representative, at its expense, such reports published by the NASD or the Pink Sheets, LLC relating to price trading of the Securities, as the Representative shall reasonably request.

More Definitions of Pink Sheets

Pink Sheets means any quotation medium operated by Pink OTC Markets Inc., or any similar organization or agency succeeding to its functions of reporting prices.

Pink Sheets means the OTC Pink Sheet Market in the United States.

Pink Sheets means the inter-dealer electronic quotation and trading system in the over-the-counter securities market operated by Pink OTC Markets Inc.

Pink Sheets means the Pink Sheets Electronic Quotation Service operated by Pink Sheets LLC (formerly the National Quotation Bureau, Inc.), or a similar organization or agency succeeding to its functions of reporting prices in the Over-the- Counter non-Bulletin Board market.

Pink Sheets means the “Pink Sheets” published by Pink OTC Markets, Inc. or a similar organization or agency succeeding to its functions of reporting prices.

Pink Sheets shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(d)(i) hereof.
