PIPE Investor definition

PIPE Investor means an investor party to a Subscription Agreement.
PIPE Investor shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.
PIPE Investor means an investor purchasing securities in a PIPE Investment as contemplated by the Business Combination Agreement.
