Pipeline Products means all products, services and business opportunities being developed or disclosed, to be developed by Oculus as of the Effective Date, as evidenced by Oculus’ books and records and as disclosed to Ruthigen as of the Effective Date.

Pipeline Products means (A) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇▇-▇▇▇ and ABI-011 and (B) other products as identified by NEW ALPHA that GENERICO is reasonably capable of performing Generico Manufacturing at one or both of the Facilities, and (***) and G-CSF (granulocyte-colony stimulating factor). Each of the Pipeline Products in clauses (A) and (B) shall either (x) involve substantially the same Generico Manufacturing steps, time and resources as the Product or (y) shall (i) not require any material addition, upgrade or modification to any GENERICO Facility (except where such addition, upgrade or modification would not otherwise have one of the effects described in clauses (ii) and (iii) below, and NEW ALPHA agrees to reimburse GENERICO in accordance with the last sentence of this Section 1.46 in respect thereof), (ii) not require any reallocation or diversion in any material respect of employees, space or other resources of GENERICO and (iii) not otherwise impair or disrupt in any material respect the ability of GENERICO to conduct its business or perform its obligations under this Agreement. NEW ALPHA shall reimburse GENERICO for all incremental costs reasonably incurred by GENERICO and paid to third parties (with the approval of NEW ALPHA not to be unreasonably withheld) as a result of GENERICO manufacturing any Pipeline Products described in clauses (A) and (B).

Such Research Support shall be related to the development of Ultragenyx Pipeline Products (in each case, other than Exercised Products) or Licensed Option Products (in each case, in connection with an Option Product License Agreement), and shall include medicinal chemistry, testing of compounds in disease animal models, drug formulation and clinical development support.

NEW ALPHA or one or more its subsidiaries has developed and owns the rights to the Product and the Pipeline Products (both as defined below).

Pipeline Products means those products identified as pipeline products on Schedule 1.1(g).

Pipeline Products means COROXANE, nab-docetaxel (ABI-008), nab-rapamycin (ABI-009), nab-17AAG (ABI-010), nab-thiocolchicine dimer (ABI-011), and nab-novel taxane (ABI 013).

Pipeline Products means the product candidates set forth on the Products Schedule under the heading “Pipeline Products.”

Pipeline Products means those Products which are planned to be developed and commercialised (or, as may be the case, further developed or commercialised) by MN upon the receipt of necessary Permits or other applicable regulatory approvals as set out or described in SCHEDULE 10.

Pipeline Products means the Products other than Lioresal.

Pipeline Products means each of the product candidates currently known as KSHN009, KSHN014 or KSHN015, together with any modified-release product developed by or on behalf of Buyer or its Affiliates having the same route of administration, the same active moiety, and incorporating or made with use of or with reference to the applicable Product Technology, but in each case, only so long as such product’s applicable Royalty Term is then in effect.
