PIU means Project Implementation Unit;
PIU means the Project Implementation Unit established for the implementation of the Project as more particularly described in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;
PIU means the project implementation unit referred to in paragraph 1(b) of Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Loan Agreement, no withdrawals shall be made from the Loan Account until the Borrower has provided evidence, satisfactory to ADB, that the PIU has been established, has been adequately equipped and staffed as agreed with ADB, and has become fully operational to implement the Project.

PIU means Project Implementation Unit referred to in paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to this Agreement; and
PIU means the unit referred to in Section 3.06 (a) of this Agreement;
